Get to Know Your lawyer...

Ramón Alvarado is originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan.  He completed his undergraduate work at Grand Valley State University and graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2005.  While attending law school in Madison, Ramón worked at the Legal Assistance for Institutionalized Persons Program (LAIP) assisting individuals with post-conviction remedies.  After graduation, he interned at the Legal Aid Society of New York prior to accepting a position with the Georgia Public Defender’s Office in Lagrange, Georgia.  Ramón was a member of the Georgia Public Defender’s Office Honor’s Program and has dedicated his career to practicing criminal defense exclusively.
